The Stars & Stripes program at PaRC is tailored to help veterans on the road to recovery from alcohol and substance use, as well as reintegrate into their community.
Here’s what makes our program different:
- Our approach – Each individual gets personalized treatment during their stay. Meetings with our trained staff are done on a one-on-one basis as well as in small group settings.
- Our services – PTSD, anxiety and depression can be root causes of substance use and we have a variety of therapies to treat these disorders, from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to art and family therapy. Care coordination and transportation to and from the VA hospital is also available.
- And the not-so-little things – Navigating finances or writing a resume can be new territory for veterans. We provide extra attention and coaching to help them find success when they are ready to transition to life at home.

At PaRC, veterans are treated with respect and compassion from every member of our organization, from intake and administration, to housekeeping and kitchen staff, and our clinical team that includes a physician, primary therapists, nurses and more.
Treatment for our military members is trauma-focused and customized. Our Stars & Stripes program provides a combination of one-on-one therapy and life skills building as well as small group sessions. Our patients frequently tell us that going through addiction recovery with other former military members is a powerful and enlightening part of their rehab journey.
PaRC works with Tricare and VA insurance. We proudly partner with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a provider in the Community Care Network (CCN) and can serve veterans with authorized referral from their VA. Contact us today to learn more.
